Customised venue interface
A booking screen built around your room, not a generic ticket list. People pick a seat or a table themselves. That is what gets a venue adopted.
The interface and the customer portal are included. No extra licence for the map, the branded page, or guests managing their own booking.

We take a floor plan and turn it into the booking screen: a 120-cover dinner, a school hall, or a Hydro-scale arena. Guests see the same layout they will walk into.
-
Usability first
If the map is obvious, they finish the booking. If it is not, they phone the box office. We design for the first case.
-
Your brand on the page
Logo, colours, the name of the screen or the dining room. It should feel like the venue, not a third-party widget.
-
Self-serve after the sale
A secure portal to move a seat, add a guest, or cancel within your rules. That work should not land on your staff.
-
On the house
Interface, portal and check-in sit on the same account as the credits. You pay for tickets sold, not for the map.
Cinema seats
Screen at the front, aisle in the middle, taken seats greyed. Tap two together and go to pay. Try it below.
Saturday 18 April · 19:40
Restaurant tables
Twos on the window, fours on the floor, booths along the wall. Guests pick the table, not a time slot with a surprise at the door.
Friday 24 April · 19:30
Golf club, 120 covers
A function suite laid for dinner: twelve tables of ten, bar at one end, dance floor in the middle. Members book a table, not a nameless ticket.
Captain's dinner · Saturday 9 May
The Hydro, Glasgow
Arena scale: floor, lower bowl and upper bowl. Pick a block, then the seats in that row. The same idea works for any large seated house.
Saturday 6 June · 19:30
Row 12 in the selected block
A West End theatre, London
Stalls, dress circle and upper circle, with a centre aisle. Guests pick the exact seat, not a price band and a surprise on the night.
Thursday 14 May · 19:30
School concert, hall
A school hall laid with chairs, centre aisle, stage at the front. Parents pick two seats together. How a school also lets rooms and sends payment links is on the schools page.
Wednesday 8 July · 18:30
The booking portal
After they pay, they should not need you to move a seat. See a worked example of the customer portal.
-
Secure sign-in
A link in the confirmation email. They see only their bookings, not the rest of the house.
-
Change a seat or table
Within the rules you set: a cut-off, a fee, or not at all. The map updates for the next person.
-
Add a guest
If the table has space, they add a cover without a phone call to the club office.
-
Cancel to policy
Your refund rules, shown before they confirm. Staff are not typing cancellations by hand.
Send the floor plan.
A photo of the room or a CAD export is enough to start. We will come back with an interface that matches the seats you actually sell.
