Pricing & Credits

You purchase credits in bulk packages. Each ticket sold uses 1 credit. The more credits you buy at once, the lower your cost per ticket. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you need them.

No! Your credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you use more than 1,000 credits per month, they automatically roll over and remain valid indefinitely. This means high-volume users never have to worry about expiration.

When setting up your event, you can choose to add a booking fee (for example, £1.50 per ticket or 10% of ticket price). This fee is added at checkout and displayed clearly to customers.

The game-changer: YOU keep 100% of all booking fees collected. The money goes directly to you, not to Ticketebook. You only pay our low credit price per ticket (from £0.30 to £0.75 depending on your package).

Real-world example: Sell 1,000 tickets with a £1.50 booking fee = £1,500 revenue to YOU. Your Ticketebook cost at £0.40/ticket = £400. Your profit: £1,100! Your ticketing system just made you money instead of costing you money.

Email marketing and SMS are optional add-on features available on a credit-based system. Email marketing costs £0.01 per email sent, and SMS notifications cost £0.05 per message. Free events on Ticketebook use the same credit system as paid tickets - each registration/ticket uses 1 credit at your standard credit price. This ensures consistent, transparent pricing across all event types while keeping our platform sustainable.

You can buy more credits anytime from your dashboard. Your pricing tier improves based on your lifetime purchases, so you'll always get the best rate you've qualified for.

Since credits don't expire, refunds are generally not necessary. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
