One school. Three kinds of sale.
Ticketebook for schools
The hall concert, the after-school studio, the Saturday hire. Parents pick seats. Community groups pick a room and pay a link. The office is not a box office.
Tickets use credits. Rooms are a fixed fee per bookable space. Third-party hire is collected on an ePayment link, from 1.2% + 15p. You keep any booking fee you set.

Hall events
Nativity, summer concert, prize-giving. A seat map parents can use. A QR at the door so staff are not ticking a paper list.

Rooms and breakouts
Drama studio after 15:30, a classroom for a tutor, the library as a dressing room. The diary is the booking page.

Third-party payment links
The Players, the football club, county music. The office sends a link. They pay on the card. Nobody is chasing a cheque.

One set of books
Tickets, hires and links land on the same account. The portal holds the order. ePayment is the card path.
One week on the site
Concert tickets, a studio slot, and a Saturday hire waiting on a payment link. That is the same school, not three systems.

The hall concert
Eight rows, centre aisle, stage at the front. Parents pick two seats together. Same interface as any other Ticketebook venue. Try it, then see the ticket they get.

After the bell, the site is a lettings diary. Pick a day, a slot, then a free room. Wednesday evening the hall is the concert. Saturday the hall is already on a payment link.

When the hirer is not a parent buying a ticket, the office sends a link. The group opens it, pays by card on ePayment, and the booking is marked paid. Click a row to see the mail and the page they get.

Checkout on tickets, room hire and payment links can bolt onto Stripe or PayPal. The better option is ePayment: use the merchant account you already have, or apply for our acquirer account.

If that is how you already take cards, we can connect the account to Ticketebook. Parents and hirers pay the same way they do today.

Keep Worldpay, Elavon, Barclaycard, Lloyds or Global Payments. ePayment is the gateway. Settlement stays with your acquirer.

No merchant account, or stuck on a blended Stripe-style rate? Apply for acquiring on ePayment. Next-day settlement, quoted to you.

One card path
Concert tickets, studio hire and the Saturday payment link use the same processor. You keep any booking fee. Merchant and acquirer accounts on ePayment.
Ticketebook quotes ePayment from 1.2% + 15p. Gateway-only and all-in acquiring are set on the ePayment account.

No seat chart on the gym wall
Parents finish the concert booking on the map. Staff scan a QR on the night. See the door scanner.

No double-booked studio
The concert blocks the hall. The Players' Saturday hire blocks it too. The next person sees grey, not a clash after the fact.

No chasing the treasurer
A payment link is the invoice and the till. Paid or awaiting is on the same list as the room diary.

The fee stays in school
Optional booking fee on tickets or hire. Ticketebook does not take it. Card fees are ePayment, not a platform cut of the face value.
